Glasgow City Campus

Glasgow City Campus is a 11-storey fabricated structural steel framed building.  Included within the scope of works was the lifting and placement of over 20,000 tonnes of  precast concrete floor planks.  Exposed steelwork will be a feature throughout the whole building and the large 45m span trusses in the atrium will showcase the steel structure to its best.  

This project is one of Scotland’s largest college projects.  It is one of 2 buildings to be built amalgamating 11 separate buildings into 2 centralised campuses.  With over 60,000m2 this building will bring together 6 major faculties providing state of the art facilities to students.
