J&D Pierce Fabrication

Our fabrication facility extends to 100,000 square feet and is equipped with two fully automated (CNC) cut and drill lines, a robotic coping line and a fully computerised fittings line. Capacity is available to manufacture up to 350 tonnes per week.

Fabrication operations are supported by MIG welding and fabrication stations, heavy lifting provided by thirteen linked overhead cranes.

All operatives in the fabrication facility are qualified to the appropriate trade standards and work to our quality management system.

Shop fabrication is linked to the StruMIS management information system (MIS), providing design teams and clients with full tractability of production lots via RFI and bar coding technology.
