We have a vacancy within our Glengarnock Office for a Full Time Cladding Administrator.

Duties include:

•             Processing Purchase Orders

•             Assisting with compilation of weekly progress reports

•             Compiling of Operation and Maintenance manuals

•             Assisting with formatting and updating programmes

•             Collating plant hire reports.

•             Managing storage and labelling of cladding drawing details

•             Filing and processing tender enquiries

Applicants should possess basic IT skills including Excel and Word.
