Proficiently fabricate structural steel, (plus plate girders, and bridge work for roles in East Kilbride).


Read and interpret fabrication drawings.


Performing welding tasks on structural steel, ensuring the highest quality of work.


Adhering to established welding procedures and specifications.


Maintaining a safe and organised work environment.



Completion of a four-year apprenticeship in fabrication.


Possession of a valid driver's license.


Demonstrated workshop-based experience.


Strong initiative and proactive mindset.


Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety procedures.


Collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team or independently.


Flexibility to work overtime when required.


This position requires right to work and ability to commute to East Kilbride or Glengarnock.
