South Caldecotte, Units 1-4
This project consisted of four Individual portal frame units all with a similar design which includes complex hipped roof’s and open plan office space.
The contract works included structural steelwork, accumulating to over 2700T aswell as the installation of precast stairs, all co-ordinated within our 3D modelling software.

Prologis Disctribution Park Coventry, Dirft DC9 & DC10
This project consisted of two multi span portal frame buildings. DC9 unit had approx 1200T of hot rolled steelwork (330’000 Sq Ft), DC10 building had approx. 2200T, DC10 building had an external office garden roof, with a glazed screen to three sides. (630’000 Sq Ft) They were both spec warehouses, had curved rooves, and feature window frames.
HarperCollins, Nova Business Park
This project completed by our cladding division involves a 50,000 square metre Barrel Vault roof, Single ply membrane roofing over tapered rockwool insulation, feature flat horizontal cladding to the office building and 20,000 square metres of built up insulated wall cladding.
Oxford Science Park
This project was fabricated at both our Glengarnock facility and our facility in East Kilbride ( Strubeam ) then painted in the Glengarnock Main works paint shop. It had tight access due to railway restrictions and minimal building external footprint, another project completed ahead of programme despite its challenges.
Silverstone Bridge
