Safely operating overhead cranes (comprehensive training provided).
Manoeuvring large steel beams throughout our facility.
Skilfully grinding away flecks and imperfections from fabricated pieces.
Strictly adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Strong initiative and a proactive mindset.
The ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety procedures.
A collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team or independently.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
This position requires right to work and ability to commute to Glengarnock or East Kilbride.

Steel Erector
Steel Erector
Work 10-hour shifts with overtime opportunities (typically a 5-day week, with weekends available).
Work as a team to assemble steel structures across Scotland and the UK.
Operate MEWPs.
Minimum 2 years of steel erecting experience.
Blue CSCS Erectors Card (Gold preferred).
CPCS/IPAF MEWP operators’ qualification.
Foremen should also possess a CPCS Crane Supervisor qualification and a minimum SSSTS.
Commitment to long-term projects.
Preferably hold a valid driving license.
This position requires right to work across the UK.
PAYE Employment with Higher rates for Foremen.
Accommodation and transport provided.
28 days holiday pay at the full daily rate including closure over Christmas and New Year.
