It was one of the largest and most comprehensive regeneration schemes in Scotland including many new and listed buildings. Over a number of years J&D Pierce was tasked with the development of four office and residential structures within the scheme, each four storeys tall and with unique and complex modern designs. The highlight of this project was the renovation of the historic Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.
