We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an entry level Trainee Office Administrator / Document Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive environment while gaining hands-on experience in a busy office setting.

  • Manage and control both electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and handling of documentation.
  • numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval.

  • Highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • Computer literate and confident using MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Preparing and priming steel surfaces for painting.


Applying and meticulously inspecting paint for quality assurance.


Utilising two-part epoxy-based, intumescent, and glossing paints with precision.


Operating airless spray pumps proficiently.


Safely manoeuvring overhead cranes.


Employing sanders and flapping discs to achieve a high-quality finish.


Strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations.



Experience as a painter utilising airless spray pumps.


Strong initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.


A willingness to listen to instructions and a commitment to following health and safety procedures.


The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.


Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.


This position requires right to work and ability to commute to Glengarnock.

          Steel Erector


          Work 10-hour shifts with overtime opportunities (typically a 5-day week, with weekends available).


          Work as a team to assemble steel structures across Scotland and the UK.


          Operate MEWPs.



          Minimum 2 years of steel erecting experience.


          Blue CSCS Erectors Card (Gold preferred).


          CPCS/IPAF MEWP operators’ qualification.


          Foremen should also possess a CPCS Crane Supervisor qualification and a minimum SSSTS.


          Commitment to long-term projects.


          Preferably hold a valid driving license.


          This position requires right to work across the UK.



          PAYE Employment with Higher rates for Foremen.


          Accommodation and transport provided.
