Another 2 buildings within the Prologis business park;
DC9 – (330’000 square feet)
DC10 – (630’000 sqaure feet)
Both buildings were spec warehouses, had curved rooves and featured window frames.
Both distribution centres structural steelwork was fabricated, supplied and erected by JD Pierce (Contracts) Ltd.
DC/9 was completed on programme with DC/10 in its final stages and on schedule to reach completion in the coming months.
